Node.js / TypeScript APIs & containerized systems on AWS — now leading AI / RAG work.
From license-enforcement and tamper detection at Dell to an AI-enabled marketplace today. Ask the agent about my work, published blogs, and engineering services. It retrieves live, grounded data from a Go backend.
Hi — I'm Neeraj's portfolio agent. I answer from his résumé, experience, GitHub, and live published blogs using retrieval + tools. Ask about his work, read his latest writing, or explore the engineering services he offers.
About
I'm a senior backend engineer and Go (Golang) developer with over a decade building production systems that hold up under real load — distributed services, SDKs, and the infrastructure around them. Go is my primary language; I also ship Node.js / NestJS services and TypeScript across the stack.
My work tends to sit where backend depth meets reliability and security: at Dell I built core parts of an internal license-enforcement service, including usage metering and tamper detection backed by encryption and cryptographic hashing, and ported a performance-critical C component to a single pure-Go artifact. More recently I've gone deep on AI integration — OpenAI, retrieval-augmented generation, and tool-based (MCP-style) agent workflows.
Today I lead a small team delivering an AI-enabled consumer marketplace, owning architecture and technical direction end to end. I care about the team as much as the code: setting standards, mentoring, and turning vague requirements into shipped systems. I'm open to Senior, Staff, and Lead backend engineering roles.

Projects
Consumer Marketplace Platform
Mobile-first marketplace with AI-assisted listing generation, document parsing, and semantic search — built and led end to end.
Medical News Platform
Curated medical-news platform built as Go microservices with a Flutter mobile client, deployed on Docker and Kubernetes.
mcp-gateway ↗
Security gateway for MCP servers: API-key and JWT auth, per-tool allowlists that also filter tools/list, rate limits, audit logs and OpenTelemetry.
system-design-patterns-go ↗
48 system design patterns as small, tested, runnable Go examples: circuit breakers, sagas, consistent hashing, LSM trees, quorums, fencing tokens and more.
go-license ↗
Offline Ed25519 license keys with feature gating, clock-rollback detection and a tamper-evident, hash-chained usage log, plus a CLI.
go-rag-kit ↗
Production-minded RAG toolkit in pure Go: chunking, embeddings, pgvector and Atlas stores, BM25 + vector hybrid retrieval, and a recall/MRR eval harness.
